The Payroll Process

The payroll process is very simple. Upon your initial set up you will simply submit your timesheets via fax, phone or email. From there we will process your paychecks, prepare a complete payroll report detailing this periods activity, calculate and/or submit your payroll tax deposit, and deliver your payroll information to you. Are you interested in direct deposit? Yes, Complete Payroll Service has the ability to transmit employee's earnings via direct deposit. Your payroll is processed using your banking information therefore with Complete Payroll Service we do not impound payroll funds like some of our competitors. Impounding requires your payroll funds to be available well before your actual payroll date, therefore making it hard for small business to continue operations short of funds. Complete Payroll Service uses blank check stock and the checks will print with your bank routing number and account number accordingly so no impounding will take place!


Payroll Tax Submission


We use one of three methods to make your payroll tax deposits.

1. We will inform the client of the amount and due date of the tax deposit giving the client written instructions.

2. We will prepare the tax deposit check and instruct you to sign and submit the check.

3. EFTPS (preferred method) we will initiate an electronic funds tranfers by which the IRS will remove the funds from your bank account settling the payroll deposit obligation.
